What a great experience I had with the staff at Herb Chambers Lincoln in Norwood. I worked with two salesmen and ended up finalizing the deal with Ryan Benjaminsen, who is absolutely fantastic to work with. Ryan B really is a top notch salesman. He is very polite, and respectful. Ryan truly worked well with me during negotiations. After the purchase, the second salesman, Ryan McCarty, was very knowledgeable when it came to the inner workings of the vehicle and explained everything in detail. Then I had the pleasure of working with Brooke Artioli who is the business manager for the extra protection and add-ons for a vehicle. Brooke is very intelligent when it comes to purchasing different packages for a vehicle. She really knows what she is doing and has a lot of knowledge about the products they offer. Brooke Artioli is a true asset and very professional lady to the Herb Chambers Dealership. I highly recommend dealing with these people if you're interested in purchasing a Lincoln. I highly recommend this place!!!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my '25 Corsair at Herb Chambers Lincoln in Norwood late last month, thanks to Ryan Benjaminsen. From the very first phone call, Ryan was accommodating, honest, and quick on his feet. I called with my specifications, and when I arrived in-person less 20 minutes later, he had the cars ready to go in the lot. When the initial car didn't fit, Ryan seamlessly pivoted to another option that fit my needs perfectly. The negotiation was straightforward -- no tricks, no nonsense. I truly felt like we were collaborating on the deal with full transparency. Ryan was fantastic the day I picked up my car: coordinating with my insurance, getting me my plates, and revisiting all the features of the car before I drove off (all in less than 1.5-hours). Ryan even followed up after I drove off the lot to make sure everything was perfect. If you're heading to Herb Chambers Lincoln in Norwood, ask for Ryan—he’ll take care of you!

I highly recommend and had a great experience with Herb Chambers Lincoln in Norwood, MA, especially my Sales Consultant Ryan Benjaminsen and Brooke Artioli, the Finance Manager. A few months ago I bought a CPO Lincoln Nautilus and it was really the best and most stress-free car buying experience I have ever had! No pressure, zero "hard-sell" and just a 100% honest, friendly and professional experience! If you're looking for a Lincoln (and my Nautilus is a great SUV) I highly recommend you check out Ryan and Herb Chambers Lincoln. I don't leave many Google reviews but this experience was so good I wanted to share.

Let me preface this and say this is by far the WORST car buying experience I've ever had in my life. My 2017 Lincoln Mkc was wrecked a few months ago, and I absolutely LOVED the car, so I was in the market to get the same thing. I saw this location had one in stock, and was interested in checking it out. The initial experience I had was nice, everyone was very professional, and the car drove well on the local roads. One side note is the sales person I interacted with seemingly didn't know about the cars because I had questions regarding this model that I KNEW, but wanted verification because it was technically different, and received blatantly wrong answers. I ended up purchasing this vehicle, and on the drive home I noticed it drove very rough in the highways, shaking anything above 60. I had brought the car back the next day to have this remedied, they rotated the tires and I was okay with this solution. When I went to go back out of the garage, however, the backup camera had begun to go haywire. They offer a 5 day return 30 day exchange policy, and with that many issues the first day, I wanted to exchange it. Fortunately, a 2018 Mkc was traded in within the few days that I purchased the 2017, which was perfect for me, but when I went to go test drive it, it absolutely REAKED like marijuana. I don't know how this wasn't caught or solved before it was shown to people, but the smell was absolutely overpowering. I really liked the car besides that, and purchased it on the pretense they Ozoned it over night and I picked it up the next day. Come the next day, I went back down to Norwood (an hour drive from me in traffic) to go pick the car up, and it STILL smelled like marijuana. The odor wasn't as strong but it definitely was not solved, but I only had a loaner for the day, so it was what it was. The biggest issue about this is I work on the military base, and my car smelling like this was COMPLETELY unacceptable. I've spent the past week deodorizing it the best I can, detailing, purchasing my own replacement cabin air filter and using everything under the sun to remedy the smell, which appears to have for the moment. For what truly compelled my to write this review (although the standoff attitude after I wanted something else after the 2017 would've warranted it itself), after picking up the car and going to work the next day, I noticed they didn't even include an inspection sticker. I called that day, and was told because the paperwork was done late the night before it wasn't ready, and I'd be able to come in on Monday, but received no call back. I called again on Monday and left a voicemail, and then AGAIN called today twice in order to get in contact with someone, and was told I'd have to have it done locally and they'd reimburse me, plus they'd send me an email regarding this. I've YET to receive an email, just getting a copy of the registration that I've had for a week now. So now, I've got to go down the road and get the vehicle inspected MYSELF, and they said I'd be reimbursed for this, which I highly doubt because at this point it seems like they're dodging my calls. This has been the most bewildering experience I've ever had purchasing a car, I'm not sure if its because the vehicle isnt one of the shiny 2026's they'd get good commission on and make the most money off of, but at that point, WHY SELL USED CARS? I'm still spending upwards of $22,000 on a vehicle with applicable GAP Insurance and Extended Warranty, so I'm just absolutely confounded at how a dealership of this caliber could treat customers like this. I love the Lincoln brand and the vehicles, but this dealership ABSOLUTELY will not respect you or your time if you're not here for a top of the line vehicle. Attempts at contacting the General Manager, Peter Horn, just routes you to the dealerships main number, so I suspect I won't be able to get in contact with him, because I was not provided an email, just the main number. If you are purchasing a used car, ABSOLUTELY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. better. I've been left sorely disappointed.

10-21-25 was my first Appointment at Herb Chambers Lincoln and I really enjoyed myself while I was there. I just bought a used 2015 Lincoln MKZ and I brought it in for Oil, transmission fluid and recall and it all went well. I enjoy the seating area as well and even those fresh muffins the chocolate one is really good :). I already booked my next appointment for late November to get more fluids done! If you come in see James super nice to work with definitely coming back for all my future services I look forward to many year with my Lincoln
