“I have bought more vehicles from Carmax than some people own in their whole lives. I keep coming back because it’s easy. I will undoubtedly buy more. If you have been on the fence about buying a vehicle, I will explain a few reasons why the car buying process is easier here. Firstly, they had such a vast inventory that you will certainly find something that works for you. If they don’t have it in their inventory, you can ship it in from the entire country. It’s an easy process. I bought a Lexus GX 460 that I shipped in from Georgia because there was no rust or corrosion that you would find here in New England. Secondly, The sales associates are not paid commission in the same way as a traditional dealership. They are paid per unit, so no matter what you buy, they get the same. This allows them to point you towards the best vehicle, not the most expensive. Thirdly, They have one of the best return policies I have ever seen. Period. You have a 10 day return window, and you can return the vehicle for any reason. It’s very simple, And there’s no catch. What this means is that if the customer does not like their vehicle, it’s totally on them… Because the company gives you every opportunity to make sure you get what you want. Overall, I have loved my experience with Carmax. Tyler Anderson Even contacted me before I purchased my last vehicle because he remembered that I wanted an older 4Runner, And when one came into the inventory, he alerted me. I bought it the next week. Definitely give Carmax a try!”

“The way car buying should be! I saw Jahir Polo in Norwood, MA for a car I purchased this past August. I had been browsing online for a few weeks and found the best option from CarMax (sent from another state for a reasonable price). I chose CarMax because I heard a good review as CarMax for a company from someone else.
