Absolutely loved Aleskie! She was so sweet with me and my parents as we went on the adventure of buying a new car. I was nervous out of my mind and they all made me feel so comfortable and helped me find a car that had all my wants and needs. The experience was very easy and walked out with the keys in hand in 2 days! Communication was very thorough and she even called a couple days later to check up. We will definitely be going back for our next car needs and would highly recommend to others!

Michele at Garavel Subaru is an excellent salesperson. She went above and beyond not only helping me with my vehicle purchase, but also making sure I understood how to operate all the functions and features of my car. She truly looked out for me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this dealership and encourage anyone looking to buy their next vehicle to go see Michele. You’ll be in great hands!

I'm really pleased with my experience at Garavel and highly recommend this dealership. I had been working with a salesman at Perkins Subaru in Milford who, after, many delays, finally offered me a deal I was happy with...then completely ghosted me. It was very weird. While the salesman was a really nice guy, I sensed the poor follow-up was emblematic of a dealership that just didn't care. So I turned to Garavel and it couldn't have been more different. I got a deal done within a few hours and I couldn't have been happier with the efficiency, knowledge, and professionalism of the team there. I really like the look of their service center, too, and am excited to bring my car there in the future.

Garavel Subaru absolutely deserves an amazing review. After my previous car was stolen, I was stressed, hesitant, and overwhelmed about having to find a new one. From the moment I walked into Garavel Subaru, everyone made me feel comfortable. Amit was my salesperson, and I can't say enough good things about him. He was honest, upfront, and never once made me feel pressured. He explained the pricing clearly, answered every question I had, and took the time to show me all the features of my new Forester. I truly felt like he wanted me to find the right car, not just make a sale. I also want to thank Marcial, the sales manager. He was incredibly kind and compassionate. He took the time to listen to my situation and treated me with genuine empathy and respect. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or transactional, that really stood out. Thank you so much! I was also shopping with my six-year-old son, who was getting a little restless, and everyone was so patient and kind with him. As a mom, those little things don't go unnoticed. The entire experience was smooth, honest, and surprisingly stress-free. I never felt pressured or misled, and I left feeling confident that I had made the right decision. Thank you, Amit, Marcial, and everyone at Garavel Subaru for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. I absolutely love my new Forester, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your dealership to anyone looking for a car.

I very rarely write reviews, yet I feel this information should be shared publicly. As a woman car shopping I have received more disrespectful treatment from the sales men at Garavel Subaru than any other car dealership. The first instance was when my husband and I were completing the paperwork for a new car and I got out my phone calculator to check some numbers. The salesman didn’t know what numbers I wanted to check, nevertheless, he stopped what he was doing on the computer to explain to me what to type into my calculator and what operations to use. I have a science PhD and have worked as a math teacher. This level of condescension was honestly astonishing to me. Then last week, I went to Garavel to check the buyout price for a lease and test drive a new Subaru. Byeong was the salesman. Not only did he not bother to look up the buyout price of my current lease, he rather provided me with a lecture on the car market and a basic explanation of how a car payment calculator works. He proceeded to explain how I couldn’t afford the car I was asking to test drive. This was all without asking me about what my price range was to begin with. I was so shaken by this treatment I just walked out of the showroom. A wasted trip. Ladies, if you value your time and self respect shop for your cars elsewhere. FWIW, the service department at Garavel I have always found to be kind and respectful.
