“Very disappointing experience. I placed a $300 deposit on a 2011 Mini Cooper so I could have an independent pre-purchase inspection completed before making any decision. The dealership’s finance manager signed a document stating that the deposit would be refunded if the vehicle did not pass inspection. The inspection found the vehicle needed significant work, including steering repairs, all four tires, and brake repairs. I decided not to move forward with the purchase and requested the refund as agreed. Since then, I have had difficulty getting a response and have not received the deposit back. I am extremely disappointed that a dealership would provide a written agreement and then not honor it. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and being very careful before leaving a deposit.”

This car dealership spends all there time and money figuring out how to beat the system, so after they sale you a lemon they won’t have to be held accountable. The warranty is worth nothing. They are nice when they sale you the vehicle, but when you come back two days later cus all your light on the dash came on like a Christmas tree you get a whole different attitude. You have been warned!!!”

“I purchased a 2016 Jeep wrangler I like the vehicle very much. I think it is a good ride, but I was very displeased when the car showed up and the four-wheel-drive was broken and they would not help with anything for fixing it or they just sent me to the warranty on the vehicle, which also did not cover the foil Drive linkage part. I spent a considerable amount of money on this vehicle and for her to come broken into my house after they told me it was OK. It’s kind of bullshit if I could give them zero stars for service I would but I like the vehicle that is why they get a two star review”
