I had an amazing car buying experience here and would highly recommend to everyone. Keagan was the one who assisted me and he was absolutely amazing. I didn’t have a specific car in mind, just certain things I wanted checked off a list for me. He did a great job of listening to what I wanted, making sure I stayed within budget and being patient with me as he pulled different cars for me to test drive and look at before I finally settled on one that felt right and left me feeling happy about my purchase. Everyone from sales, to finance to the in between was truly phenomenal at being knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. 5 out of 5 stars.

Do NOT buy a car from AutoNation unless you love the old-school cheesy, slimy sales experience. Chuckle when the salesman tells you about the coating they include on the vehicles and then slips in the $1,500 fee for it when signing. Don't believe them when they say they have access to the best lenders, they don't. The interest rates they'll offer are double what you can find at credit unions, which they don't work with. Laugh when the cheesy salesman has to run back and forth between you and the managers at the desk during the negotiating. If they tell you the whole process will take 30 minutes it means 3.5 hours. If they tell you they'll give you 5 days after you purchase the vehicle to have it inspected and bring them the report, in truth they won't address anything and won't even get back to you. They are the equivalent of a low-level, unprofessional, slimy used car sales lot. Even the managers know their sales process is poor. You may find the car you want but just know that they are trying to take advantage of you every way they can. I definitely recommend going to CarMax instead. They'll treat you better, respect your time, address issues you find with the vehicle, and won't sell you on BS "coating." I'm sure after I leave this feedback I'll receive the generic Auto Nation reply of "We're sorry to hear about your experience, please call our GM..." Poor operations and slimy sales tactics come from the top. The salespeople don't want to do it. The management doesn't like it either. This is all a reflection on the GM and leadership trying to maximize store profits. Here's a message to you... customers will pay more for quality service and professionalism. Additionally, they will come back again when you treat them well! How about that? Try building a repeat business model instead of hiding from issues. Be better. Take excellent care of your clients so they buy more from you and refer others. That's how you maximize your profits.

Love Joe and Jordan! I wasn’t sure exactly what upgrade I needed and Joe found the perfect car! Jordan was quick and simple with all the paperwork and got everything exactly where I wanted. Best experience!

My 5-Star rating is based on my interactions with three individuals at AutoNation on 104th Avenue in Northglenn. The 1st person I interacted with was Eishua, who was my salesman. He went out of his way to take care of me and always with a smile. There really was nothing more I could ask of him because he just completely took care of me (including having the service dept put my car up on the rack, so they mechanic and I could scour the undercarriage. The 2nd person I interacted with was Jake, who is the numbers guy. I paid cash for my vehicle. In so doing, I wanted to title and tag it in another state and bypass Colorado. Jake happily worked with me on this, but in the end I chose to initially title my car in Colorado and pay CO sales tax. The intermediary's cost to get this titled in another state was equally expensive as just paying the sales tax here. Also, this way I could easily get title in hand. Without issue, and the next day, Jake recalculated the numbers and reprinted the documents. Given my issues, this process couldn't have run more smoothly. I knew in the end that my decision to initially title my Honda in Colorado was the best decision for me. The 3rd person I interacted with was Tim, the service manager. Purchase complete, I was leaving the parking lot. The horn began continuously going off all on its own. Per Tim, I left the car w them. Tim initially tried to have his people fix the possessed horn. When that didn't work, he special ordered the expensive part and installed it...their cost The initial price of my 2009 Honda CR-V was reasonable. I'm told that I'm in the minority because I was not happy w the required add-ons (interior and exterior protections). However, given the fact that Eishua, Jake, and Tim took such good care of me and covered unexpected costs, I am VERY pleased w my vehicle and buying experience at this AutoNation. My mechanic told me hands down that he would have bought this vehicle. Yes, I feel safe purchasing at this AutoNation again. This is from a very thorough, 64 yr old woman who has been in charge of purchasing my vehicles since I was 18 yrs old.

We truly appreciate how professional Joseph and Jordan were through out the whole process. We had many questions and they had the answers. We stopped in looking for a specific vehicle thinking that’s what we wanted but thanks to Joseph, we discovered a liking for a new brand and model. Thank you AutoNation for making our first dealer purchase super easy, can’t wait to go back for the next one, we know we’ll be in good hands.
