βWas on the hunt for a lower mile, clean G550 (preferably 2013-1018.) Stumbled upon this 2013 G550 and called the dealership to see about taking it for a test drive. Live out of state but had work in the Chicago area. Spoke with Ben initially, but did the test drive and dealing with Aiden. Most of this transaction was done via call/text. Overall, process was easy. Had it delivered to eastern Nebraska. Vehicle came quick and with a full tank of gas. Great experience all around!β

βI had an extremely disappointing experience purchasing a car from Ultimo Motors, and I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
From the beginning, the salesperson, Dimitri, and the General Manager, Dex, were friendly and reassuring. They repeatedly and clearly stated that the dealership would arrange and fully cover the shipping costs for the vehicle. I never negotiated for additional discounts. The only agreement in question was their commitment to cover shipping as part of the deal.
However, once I submitted my application and committed to the purchase, their attitude completely changed. When the car arrived, I was shocked to learn that none of the shipping costs had been covered, despite their multiple verbal assurances. I was left responsible for the entire amount.
Communication after the sale has been equally frustrating. Throughout the process, Dimitri was difficult to reach, provided vague responses, and often failed to follow through. After the transaction was completed, communication deteriorated further. I have emailed Dex multiple times, politely requesting reimbursement for the agreed-upon shipping costs, but have received no response. My phone calls have gone unanswered, with him consistently reported as βunavailable.β
This experience felt deceptive and deeply unprofessional. Promises were made to secure the sale and then disregarded once payment was finalized. Transparency and accountability are essential when making a significant purchase like a vehicle, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
If you value clear communication and integrity in business dealings, I recommend exploring other dealerships. I would not return, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience.β

βpurchased a 2003 Honda S2000 from Ultimo Motors for over $31k. The car was delivered to me on Jan 28, 2026. Within 24 hours and only 70 miles of driving, the car suffered a major powertrain failure (P1129, Limp Mode, and transmission 5th/6th gear lockout). Forensic ECU data reveals a -8.6% Long Term Fuel Trim, proving the defect was pre-existing and undisclosed at the time of sale. Despite this, the dealership is refusing to honor the mandatory 15-day/500-mile powertrain warranty required by Illinois Law (815 ILCS 505/2L). I have already filed a formal complaint with the Illinois Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Bureau (Timestamp: 2026-01-30 08:06:30 PM), BBB and have notified the Secretary of State Police Dealer Licensing division. If you are an out-of-state buyer, be extremely careful--they are currently ignoring a catastrophic failure on a high-value vehicle.β

I found the car online and handled everything over the phone, which was super simple and straightforward. The car was shipped, and that process was smooth and seamless as well. βI don't usually write reviews but this one deserved it. Ben & Allan have been extremely helpful with this process from start to finish. They both catered to my questions and needs. They really took the time to take pics and videos of my 1st Luxury car purchased and made me comfortable throughout the whole process. I give their customer service an overall grade A+.
