“Sam Abbey was very friendly and helpful.
Overall, I had a good experience purchasing my car here. The sales team was friendly and helpful, and they worked hard to find a vehicle that fit my budget. The process took a little longer than expected, but everything was handled professionally. I would definitely consider coming back in the future.”

“Outstanding Experience with Mark Coley!
I recently purchased a vehicle from Generation Nissan, and Mark Coley made the entire process exceptional. From start to finish, he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and presented me with the best options tailored to my needs.
What stood out most was Mark's genuine willingness to listen and his commitment to finding the best solution for me - not just making a sale. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always friendly throughout the process.
If you're in the market for a new car, I highly recommend visiting Generation Nissan and asking for Mark Coley. You might be pleasantly surprised by what they can offer!
Thank you, Mark, for making this such a smooth and positive experience!”

“I just picked my vehicle from service. The issue was the Air mass flow sensor. The warranty company sent them the part. Even with the part be sent to them the cost was$ 906 which out of it I was responsible for $672. This is with the damage part sent to them and no warranty for the job. This is my 2nd time in their place the 1st time they gave me military discount this time around they said it was to much discounted already that they couldn't give me a discount. $906 to replaced a sensor without the cost of the part again because it was sent to them. Over price, customer service not good, why? Because the interaction went side ways with the client because the warranty company tried their best not to cover the claim. Getting charge like their technicians came from fixing rockets from NASA it is my personal feeling. I know the dealership may dissagree with me. An air mass flow sensor replacement takes no more than 10 minutes to replaced. When the car was dropped at the shop it was already identified from previous shop that it was the air mass flow sensor why $906 for that simple repair. Again just venting. If what I said make no sense to most of the people reading the message just ignore it.”

“I had a great experience working with Keyon. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. He made me feel comfortable and never pressured me, which really meant a lot. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It was obvious that he cared about making sure I was happy and confident with my decision. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience.”

“Went into the dealership and made a quick appointment with KEYON and he was very accommodating, generous and understanding. I am happy with my new purchase when I gave them the price range that I was able to afford. He showed me the cars that was in my price Range and I fell in love with a Nissan kicks. My experience with him and the Finance manager made the process very efficient. I will be definitely coming back once my lease is up to continue the loyalty to this dealership.”
