He was friendly and accommodating! Steve in finance really worked with us and we got the car we really wanted, 2016 Toyota Highlander Limited AWD, with the terms that we were comfortable with! The entire time we were there, we felt calm and "at home". They were friendly and very accommodating. Ended up staying til almost 9pm but we never felt rushed. Highly recommend this place!!
