“Outstanding experience with Cleveland Motorsports. Working with Sean Scepanski and Amer Alabsi was seamless from start to finish. I flew in from out of town and was picked up at the airport in a Rolls Royce SUV—an impressive touch—but what mattered more was how easy and efficient the entire transaction was. I purchased one of the least expensive vehicles they’ve sold in some time, yet was treated with the same professionalism, respect, and courtesy as any high-end client. That says everything about how they run their business. Fast, straightforward, and first-class service all around. Highly recommend this team.”

“Alan Goldstein helped me discover Bentley. He helped me navigate new/ used cars, models, trim levels, engines- everything I needed to know! He was patient and very kind. No pressure! We are still working on the perfect car but I hope to purchase a car from him. I’ve been doing a lot of luxury car shopping and he is by far the best sales manager I’ve met!! I highly recommend Alan Goldstein!”

“As an out-of-state buyer, I recently had the opportunity to deal with Cleveland Motorsports to acquire a new Aston Martin DB12. Without reservation, I strongly recommend the dealership, and especially my salesman, Jared Jones. As a luxury dealership, Jared and the team understand the challenges of such a big purchase, and they fully supported me. There was absolutely no pressure, but to the contrary they couldn't have been more helpful. Jared didn't tell me what he thought I wanted to hear, but he told me his opinions when asked. He asked me insightful questions to help me choose between numerous options from their wide offering. I've bought many new cars in my life (my wife says too many...) and Jared Jones is the best salesperson I've encountered. In addition, Amer Alabasi worked seamlessly to provide me with a fair deal and get me financing though I had severe time constraints on a Saturday. Also, Ken Ganley introduced himself and congratulated me on my purchase. Jared Jones and the team have earned my full trust for future dealings with their organization.”

“Jared Jones assisted me with the purchase of a vehicle from Cleveland Motorsports in Ohio, and the entire experience was outstanding. Although I’m based in Texas, he made the process completely seamless—from answering all my questions about the vehicle to helping me secure the best financing option. He even arranged delivery straight to my home. The entire transaction was handled over the phone, and it was genuinely the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. I highly recommend checking out Cleveland Motorsports’ inventory and reaching out to Jared. He is professional, patient, and a pleasure to work with.”

“I recently contacted Cleveland Motorsports to purchase a 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo. Mike and Q are the two gents that spoke with me during this inquiry. Keep I mind, I live in Salt Lake City and could not visit their dealership in person. I first reached out on September 15th, and was contacted by Mike on September 16th. This transaction was essentially set in stone, but as an out-of-state buyer, I requested a PPI with an excellent local mechanic. Cleveland Motorsports connected me with Jon Sabo, who I recommend fully, to conduct this inspection. I was told multiple times that the car was held for me, I offered to give them a deposit to hold the car(which Mike insisted wasn’t necessary as the deal was set in stone), and we scheduled the PPI for Friday, September 27th, in the morning. Jon Sabo called me on September 25th to confirm the PPI and I was thrilled to finalize the transaction on the 27th. Unfortunately, the was car sold on Thursday, September 26th, because Mike, the management team of Cleveland Motorsports, and the team responsible for marketing/online listings, DID NOT COMMUNICATE effectively over the course of two weeks. Every single call and text with Mike was clear that the car was held for me until the PPI could be completed. They never pulled the listing, never held the car, and were likely showing the car to other customers while telling me that the car was “held”. I have tried to understand, over and over, how there was such a lapse in communication between Mike and the rest of the team at Cleveland Motorsports about keeping this Porsche on hold. I had excellent communication with Mike, offered a provide a deposit(which, again, he willingly chose NOT to accept), and was promised that the car was pulled for me pending the PPI. The PPI that their team was helping facilitate as I’m 1700 miles away in Utah. How was it that all sales staff, management, and the online/marketing team did not communicate effectively when they have had over 10 days of healthy communication with me during this transaction? When Jon Sabo(the gent conducting the PPI) called me on September 25th to inform me that he would be visiting the dealership on September 27th to perform the PPI, I was so thrilled. Even he was under the impression that Mike had the car held for me until he could complete the PPI. Within 12 hours of that call I received a text from Mike saying that the car is pending sale because some fellow submitted a credit application online. So, let’s dissect this whole experience with Cleveland Motorsports. - They lied to me about keeping the car on hold, never pulled the listing or changed the info to “pending sale”, and sold the car from beneath me without informing me prior. They literally dropped the news on me and basically said “sorry, bud”. - They wasted near two weeks of my time between the hours I spent speaking with Jon, pulling maintenance records on this car, and doing market research. - They wasted near two weeks of Jon Sabo’s time getting this PPI scheduled. - They prioritized a local customer who chose in-house financing versus taking an all cash offer for a transaction that had previously been agreed upon. I suspect this is why Mike refused to take any deposit from me. - This dealership completely destroyed a dream of mine because they are staffed with individuals who are incapable of communicating internally, incapable of being honest, and incapable of being ethical. I simply cannot fathom how Bentley/Rolls Royce/Aston Martin/Maserati allow people with this behavior to represent their brands. Imagine spending $200,000-$500,000 on a car and getting treated like this. Scummy, unprofessional, unacceptable behavior. Take your business to ANY other dealership in the area.”
