From the beginning, I made it clear that I was comparing offers and wanted a complete written breakdown before making any decision. Despite repeated requests, I never received a clear and consistent explanation of the lease numbers. Instead, I felt pressured to make a same-day commitment without having full clarity on the terms. A "walk-away" worksheet was eventually provided, but the figures were never adequately explained or reconciled, leaving important questions unanswered. As a result, I chose to walk away before signing any agreement because I could not verify the lease terms with confidence. Providing a transparent written breakdown before asking a customer to commit should be standard practice. Based on my experience, Lexus of North Miami was unwilling to provide the level of transparency I expected, particularly when I asked detailed questions and wanted to verify the numbers before making a commitment.”
