“Be careful buying a certified used car from this location. I bought a certified preowned Q8 in April of this year and on December 23 heading up to visit family the car completely broke down. Electrical malfunction. Luckily I was close to the wonderful people at Sarasota Audi and they took care of me. Reason for the electrical malfunction, alternator for the car was replaced one month prior ( in March) and the technician left the two main electrical cables completely loose. One bolt fell off and the other was very loose. When I called Audi North Miami and asked to speak to the service manager, the lady repeatedly tried to deny any fault saying” it was 8 months ago anything could have happened.” This idiot needs to be fired and their technicians retrained on how to do their work properly!!!!!”
