“Horrible customer service and complete disrespect. I purchased a car from this dealership 3 years ago, regretfully. They would have countless negative reviews if they didn’t PAY to get critique taken off of google. What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into an ongoing issue that has still not been resolved. After the sale, I discovered there was an active lien on the vehicle title that was never properly cleared. Since then, I have spent a ridiculous amount of time going back and forth with the dealership trying to get this corrected. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the situation, they have failed to provide a clean title or offer any meaningful solution, while blaming me. Not only did they not provide a title to a 20k car, they sold me a warranty that was absolutely useless. The lack of accountability and communication has been extremely frustrating. Their customer service is poor, and they consistently treat legitimate concerns as if it’s the customers fault. As a paying customer who fulfilled my end of the deal, I expected professionalism and follow-through—neither of which I received. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here to think twice. Make sure all title issues are fully resolved before completing a purchase, because once they have your money, getting support appears to be an uphill battle.”

“Do not buy here! Learn from my mistake, and take the car to your own mechanic to have it inspected before purchasing and you'll see why you've just wasted your time there. Also, their passive comments towards anyone that leaves a bad review shows their level of professionalism. They are so rude they literally bribe folks to give them 5 star reviews(I'm not the first to call them out on this on Google reviews either). Real honest, lol. Make sure to check out their lowest reviews and the replies from the business itself. They all detail consistent issues with this business for nearly a decade. Not just google either. Carfax also gives them low ratings as a dealership. Save yourself a lot of money and trouble and run. You can get way better deals, prices, and service elsewhere. Just wait until they comment on this review. Probably gonna ask me to remove my comment because they weren't able to illegally look up my personal information and post it. They like to publicly accuse people of lying when they can't "find" your info. Another common problem with their staff. 🤣🤦‍♂️😬”
