“I was allowed to put in an 8-day reservation deposit on my new car, a low-mileage Toyota Corolla iM. Jake was a swell guy and even saw that my car got cleaned and its gas tank and tires topped off before I picked it up. Excellent business and service!”

“I was very pleased with my experience at Jack Miller Auto Plaza. I explained my financial goals and my preferences for a SUV, preferably a Honda CRV. No pressure to consider other vehicles or to upsell. Jake took his time with me and explained features of the vehicle and provided a test drive. Not easy dealing with a 78 year old female but he was very patient and thoughtful. Much appreciated.”

“Do not buy here! Learn from my mistake, and take the car to your own mechanic to have it inspected before purchasing and you'll see why you've just wasted your time there. Also, their passive comments towards anyone that leaves a bad review shows their level of professionalism. They are so rude they literally bribe folks to give them 5 star reviews(I'm not the first to call them out on this on Google reviews either). Real honest, lol. Make sure to check out their lowest reviews and the replies from the business itself. They all detail consistent issues with this business for nearly a decade. Not just google either. Carfax also gives them low ratings as a dealership. Save yourself a lot of money and trouble and run. You can get way better deals, prices, and service elsewhere. Just wait until they comment on this review. Probably gonna ask me to remove my comment because they weren't able to illegally look up my personal information and post it. They like to publicly accuse people of lying when they can't "find" your info. Another common problem with their staff. 🤣🤦♂️😬”

“My partner and I found a car we were interested in and came in for a test drive. Incredibly nice and down-to-earth staff and overall relaxed experience.
However, the only reason this review is 3 stars is that it is worth noticing that they are a "no haggle lot" despite listing their vehicles above Blue Book value. The car we were interested was the only manual transmission on the lot, has been on the market for 3 months, and listed 2K over market price. We likely would have drove away with the car if we were able to negotiate the price.
Edit: After reading the response from the team, I am a little disappointed that they are attempting to guilt me for leaving an honest and transparent review to aid buyers with information not disclosed clearly. Nowhere on the website does it state that it's a "no haggle lot" which doesn't give "full-transparency" to the consumer. I appreciated being given the time to view the car and enjoyed and complimented the service and assistance we received, however, my review was to only help other customers understand that their business model is different that what's typically expected of a car buying experience. That is totally ok, it's just something I wished we could have known before driving 40 minutes each way to find that there was zero wiggle room on the price as we expect is industry standard to be able to negotiate price. We were simply asking to meet the current market value for the specific car. Thank you for taking the time to help us and provide good and friendly service. There was nothing against our salesman, he was lovely! It just wasn't a good fit for us.”
