“Honestly very unhappy with this dealership. I got 4 new tires a month ago, drove away and realized they were unbalanced. Took my vehicle back, they misplaced my keys, checked the incorrect vehicle and told me it was balanced so they talked me into getting an alignment. 2 hours later they present me with the keys to an incorrect vehicle and send me on my way. I realized they were the wrong keys, and also realized they worked on the incorrect vehicle. Was not given an apology until I mentioned the fact I was not apologized to. This dealership seems to be all about how much money they can squeeze out of their customers.”
