“If I could give 0 stars I would. I had made an appointment to test drive 3 vehicles and was texting with a sales associate for our appointment. I made sure I messaged them the day of to double check our appointment. We left Brand blvd of cars and headed over and they only had one of the cars available to test drive. When we arrived they barely acknowledged my husband and I. They walked away multiple times and left us waiting for 10 minutes not knowing what was going on. When the sales manager finally came back, I asked why they wouldn’t update me that 2 of the 3 cars were not available to drive. He said he was busy talking to his staff about how they didn’t message us! Why would you leave us waiting while you give your staff an update?? You should tend to the customer and then later talk to your staff. As a working mother, I only have so much time to get errands like this done. They completely wasted our time. No regard for the customer at all. Save yourself time and go to another dealer.”
