“Not very impressed with the work done. My car was in the shop for almost a month, didn’t receive very many updates throughout that time. I had to reach out constantly to get back any updates. When it was finally ready, I received my car back with a broken unattached splash shield. Had to come back two weeks later to get that replaced. The bumper they installed was after market so it doesn’t fit my car well at all. I’ve had to return multiple times for all these fixes. Currently waiting on a response to see if my insurance will approved an OEM bumper to replace the aftermarket one they just installed. The paint job on the hood left little white dents that weren’t there before. The first time I used them was 3 years ago to get my back bumper replaced and was very pleased but not this second time. I really thought bringing here to a Toyota body shop would ensure the best quality work. I just want all this to be done with. It’s taking way too long for shoddy work. It’s become a nightmare and really taking a toll on me.”
