“We had an issue with our 2015 Crosstrek engine that needed to be diagnosed , it was way beyond my DIY auto care skills. The service department checked out the car and let us know the cause, what was needed to fix it and the cost. We included some additional preventative maintenance while they had the engine opened up. Joseph Lionetti (service manager) was prompt and communicative with updates, quotes and general information. A nice loaner was provided so there was no interruption to our personal and working lives. We’re very satisfied with the service provided by Holmgren.”
