“Azavious Watson has the professionalism to become a Dealership Manager. He is very comfortable in his skills. Patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I was a bit leery about some things, however, Mr. Watson was very good at quelling that and we moved forward to get the car we wanted. He took time to make sure we were educated on the vehicle, and all the perks that came with it. We were not rushed , and he asked all the questions that I had and more. Azavious is a phenomenal Sales Agent and I am looking forward to seeing him for the upgrade ;) ;)”

“Taylor, my salesperson, was great. He listened to my concerns, and helped without being pushy. Could I have gotten a better deal? Sure. But he got me to a number that I was more than comfortable with and for that I am happy. Also a shout out to the finance guy who got me in and out quickly on my lunch hour with no high pressure pitch. Love the car so far- exactly the one I wanted!”

“I purchased a brand new 2023 Chevrolet Blazer expecting reliability and safety. Instead, I experienced repeated low oil warnings, excessive oil consumption, engine smoke, ESC/stalling concerns, steering assist/manual steering override warnings, and eventually a complete engine replacement. One of the most frustrating parts of this experience was the poorly documented onset of the oil consumption issue early on. Concerns regarding low oil and abnormal consumption were not properly documented initially, which ultimately resulted in numerous repeat trips back to the dealership. There were also instances where the oil level was reportedly stated to be full, only for warning messages and low oil conditions to continue shortly afterward. Despite a complete engine replacement, the issues continued. A faulty fuel line/fuel hose concern was later identified after the engine replacement, raising additional safety concerns and leaving me questioning why related components were not properly addressed during such a major repair. My vehicle spent more than 52 documented days out of service with multiple loaner vehicles provided throughout the repair process. One of the most alarming moments involved fuel-related concerns combined with ongoing warning messages that genuinely left me fearful for my safety while operating the vehicle. I documented repair attempts, dealership visits, communications, videos, photos, and escalation efforts through GM Customer Assistance, BBB AUTO LINE, and additional consumer channels. Despite the extensive repair history and supporting documentation, a buyback resolution was ultimately not approved through the BBB process due to a mileage eligibility issue, not because the defects did not exist. This experience has been financially, emotionally, and mentally exhausting. Based on my experience, I would not encourage anyone to purchase a Chevrolet vehicle. My advice to consumers: document everything from day one, including repair orders, mileage, warning messages, videos, emails, and loaner agreements.”

“This was the first purchase we've made at a Chevy dealership and it was a great experience. Our salesman David Eller was fantastic. No hard sales push. He showed us what we were interested in and then gave us all of the information we needed to make our decision. We love our new Chevy Trax and will most likely be back in the future. The staff was all super friendly.”

“Derek was my sales person and did an amazing job for me! He helped with my trade in, make sure I received great financing, and was a joy to work with! Joe in finance was also exceptional! He walked me through all of the different options and explained things thoroughly! It was a great experience!”
