“I went in for a 105,000 mileage maintenance and the work that was done was excellent. The facility is clean and the service experts and technicians are extremely kind. The problem I have is that issues with my car were noticed during the multi-point inspection and I was initially quoted incorrectly (a much higher number) for the repair. The estimate has since been adjusted, but I have been asking for an official quote since I never receive one initially. I still haven’t gotten the official quote - only a typed out email with the new estimate. I don’t believe there is any malicious intent here, but as a customer I should be allowed to see this quote to do my due diligence with review and comparisons.”
