“I am really glad we decided on CarMax in Hartford. The building is huge with a lot of available staff members willing to help. There was no pressure to buy anything. We were able to walk the lot freely until we found what we were looking for. Once we decided on the Jeep we wanted, the staff was really helpful with processing our trade in. All paperwork was clearly explained-questions answered. The only wait time we had was getting the title for the vehicle. We were there about 5hours total- including walking in and walking the whole lot a handful of times- processing paperwork and deposits. This was a really good experience for us personally. Anyone needing a vehicle and wanting a fast and easy process. I do recommend this CarMax location.”
