“Firstly, I will say this is the most pleasant experience I’ve had buying a vehicle. They were able to get me a deal that seemed so good I didn’t believe it until I had the papers in front of me. Osanta was fantastic, probably the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. I work from home with two kids, and he brought the car to my house for me to drive it, all of the financing was done digitally, and they delivered my car when it was done. Adam in finance and Clint were fantastic too. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that there was a paper in my digital financing I didn’t understand, and they transferred me to Jennifer (I believe that was her name). She was immediately aggressive, stated if I wasn’t comfortable signing that form I could give up the deal. I asked again what the paper meant, she said it’s required by the only bank that approved me so if I didn’t want to sign it, I could give up the car. When I asked to speak to someone else because I didn’t like she way she was speaking to me, she denied being rude, laid the phone down, and loudly shouted- “UGH this lady is something else”. The next person who came to the phone, Keith, explained the form with no issue and I carried on with my signatures, but was very upset with that treatment. Overall, I recommend the dealership. I HIGHLY recommend Osanta. But I strongly recommend never allowing Jennifer to work in customer service again.”
