“On 6-30-26, My fiance’ & I went to Banister Nissan of Norfolk, ( we had just started our 3rd month of renting a car from enterprise ) & we honestly weren’t expecting to walk out with anything, cause that’s how every place else just would give up on us especially my fiance’. Zachary Perkins ended up being the first person to actually speak to us he was literally walking hella fast to try to catch up to us. We were supposed to meet with Trey but he was still working with a cilent so Zachary was taking care of us until Trey was done. Terrell, the manager came over & introduced himself & spoke. Everyone in that dealership spoke, was friendly, there wasn’t a person in there who treated us poorly or anyone who we had any issues with. Zachary ended up being our salesman & when I say he delivered, is dedicated, & will fight for you & not give up on trying to get you in a car, I mean that. Every other dealership would not allow us to get a car, they gave up the second we needed a co-signer, or whatever they did not try to get you in something. BUT Zach & Terrell they both fought like hell for us, & right when we were just about to give up …. Zach told me he was going to grab the keys.. I immediately called my fiance to get him to come back inside & sure enough Zach brought up a brand new white 2026 Nissan Sentra.When I telll you we walked out with a brand new whip, that we did not think we were gonna be able to get. The only downfall to this trip was how long it all took, but truthfully if that process would’ve been rushed through we wouldnt have gotten the results we did get.
