“I'm writing this review the day (1-20-26) after I bought a 2018 Jeep Compass from Modern Motorcars. After enquiring about the car on cars.com Orion texted me within a few minutes. We were literally driving out of a different dealership after we walked from a bad deal. Drove up to the building with the Jeep outside ready for the test drive. The car was super clean and was pleased with the test drive. This was late in the day about an hour before they closed. They gave me a good offer on my trade (more than than the other dealership) and even though their admin fee was more my out the door price was three hundred dollars less that the other dealership we were just at. Paper work was quick and we were out the door shortly after they closed. There was no rush there was no pressure they were polite and I feel confident if I have issues with the car I can contact them and they will try to make it right. Dealerships are not all the same, do your research before hand and know everything about your trade and the car you are wanting to buy. More importantly know when to walk away. There are a lot of cool cars at Modern Motorcars but even cooler when you can walk in and buy an every day Jeep Compass too and still have a great experience. Thank you guys. Update: 2-24-26 I'd like to add. I received a text from Modern Motorcars a little over a week ago that informed me the title for my car was in and I could either pick it up or they will send it to me. I explained how it was best to send it USPS which they did and I received it a few days later. It had all the paper work needed for the DMV along with the title and a cover letter with instructions of things you might need for the DMV. Last week I finally got to the DMV with all the paper needed and had no issues. I know how difficult it is to wait for a title or have a title not get to you etc. from deals I've had in the past. This was again one of the best car deals from beginning to end that I've had in a while. Thanks again!”
