“I have had service work done several times at Campbell Ford even though I have not purchased any vehicle from them. They have done some recall work on my Ford vehicle and they also performed a collision evaluation on my wife's car for the insurance even though it was not a Ford vehicle. One of the recalls on my vehicle required the collision shop to replace the driver's door and front left quarter panel. They did a good job! I also use their mobile service for oil changes on my driveway and for some recall work. The mobile service is an excellent convenience and time saver! Compared to the dealer that I bought my Ford from, Campbell Ford is way more proactive about service work! I may well switch dealers with my next vehicle purchase!”

“The Escape came in for a factory recall. When I went to pick up the car, I went to the service area. I waited there for 10 minutes, and no one was there. There were three mechanics sitting by a car and saw me. None of them came over and asked if I needed help. They clearly saw me. I eventually went into the showroom and asked for help. I checked out but had to go back in and ask for further help, as the car was behind the building and I could not get to it. I also want to note that I was given a list of needed repairs on the vehicle. One of the needed repairs was a replacement of the cabin air filter. I was told it was dirty and had to be replaced. This is where my distrust of dealerships and service comes in. I had replaced the cabin air filter myself two weeks before. There was no reason it had to be replaced, and I doubt the mechanic even checked. It was added to the list to increase revenue for something that wasn't needed. Other recommendations were questionable as well. I did ask if they could troubleshoot why the radio was not working. I was charged $120 for a diagnostic and thought it was a module that had gone bad. But I was told that they could not guarantee that it was the actual problem, just that they would start there. I was quoted $1200 for the module plus labor. I looked up the part later, and I could buy a new OEM part for $400. That is one heck of a margin. I felt like I was just a bank account where they were trying to get money out of me. Not impressed.”

“Called for recall service and they were very pleasant and professional. I was offered mobile service to have my issues fixed and it was great! They came right to my work. Carl was the mobile service tech and he provided efficient communication and proficient service! Definitely recommend Campbell Ford!”

“I have been getting mobile service through them and recently had to go to the shop for maintenance on my car. Even though I live in Kalamazoo and have plenty of dealerships within five minutes of me, their mobile service has always been so great that I felt they deserved my business for in-shop service as well. And let me tell you it was absolutely worth it!!!. They helped me with everything, were very friendly, and did great service on my car. I highly recommend this dealership. I really appreciate the kindness, hard work, and integrity of everyone there. Overall, it was an amazing experience! Thank you again. :)”

“We traded our Explorer ST for a Toyota 4 Runner at Campbell Ford, and Andrew Meeks made it SUCH a fun experience! He was friendly, VERY knowledgeable, and asked all the right questions. He even gave us a tank of gas without us asking. In this economy that was very appreciated. Thanks to the "Tall Guy with a Tie", I'm glad our paths crossed. Loved the card you sent us after the purchase. You are quite an artist. :) *Edited to add photo”
