“On February 7, 2026 a deal was made. Nicholasville CDJR ( Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) sold a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee to a local resident here in Jessamine county, Kentucky. On February 19, 2026 that vehicle was involved in an accident. Which involved my truck. In doing so, damage was sustained to my truck. Fast forward to now. Waited a month to obtain the insurance information on said Jeep. Just to fine out the Jeep nor the purchaser of the Jeep were ever cover by the policy that was submitted at the time of purchase. Now, state law, here in Kentucky. States; a car can not leave a dealership without proof of insurance. So….. whom is in the wrong? The person for falsifying a document, or the dealership for not verifying said insurance on said buyer. CDJR has bought back the Jeep from the residence daughter and sold her a nice crew cab F-150 King Rancher. Feels like a cover up. However, thats what the legal system and lawyer’s are for. See you soon CDJR. In hind sight and in my opinion. People should avoid this shady business and really do one’s research before getting into bed with criminal organizations.
