“I visited the dealership for an oil change and recall checkup. Unfortunately, I discovered that I needed a new battery, so I had to leave my Jeep there while I traveled to Minnesota. My vehicle was left at the dealership for a total of 45 days. When I returned, I noticed that items unrelated to the battery, which is located in the rear seat, had been rearranged. Additionally, my bulletpoint phone mount was missing. I contacted my claims representative to report the situation, but they informed me that the dealership denies taking anything out of my car. The phone mount alone costs $70, so I’m left with no recourse but to purchase a new one. I strongly advise anyone considering leaving their vehicle at this dealership to be cautious about leaving items, even those you might not think anyone would want.”

“PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS!!!!! I got the free $100 gift card in the mail where they are trying to drum up business. I shouldn’t have but took them up on the offer and got a free oil change with that card. They recommended an in cab air filter for $75 or $85 but I declined. I didn’t drive my vehicle much during the ice storm but started noticing oil drips. My driveway has never had a drop of oil on it. The drips got worse and worse in my driveway, so I finally checked and found my drain plug was almost loose enough to fall out. I took pictures and a video where I tightened it with my fingers. Please be cautious where you get your vehicle serviced. Not everybody has your best interests in mind.”
