“I recently purchased a 2021 Durango from this dealership approximately one week ago. During my initial inspection of the vehicle, I believe I overlooked a bald tire on the passenger-side front. I returned to the dealership, and they indicated they would assess the situation. They also resolved an issue with a malfunctioning key fob, which they determined was due to a dead battery.
Regarding the tire, the service advisor informed me that it had 6/32nds of tread remaining, which they claimed was within legal limits. I will include a photo to illustrate how the wear indicators are in contact with the road surface when the tire is making contact. The advisor mentioned that the manager was in a meeting and would review the matter, but I have not received a follow-up call, even after two days. I am not optimistic about receiving a call from them at this point.
You would thing a dealer this size would atleast make sure all vehicle's that leave there lot are well above legal standards..
If you pay attention to the video it clearly states that all vehicle's leave with 50% or above brakes and tires! It is clear that this tire is not at or above 50%
Update: I received a call from the sales manager who asked me what was going on. I explained the issue to him, and he said, "Okay, let me call you back while we figure out how we are going to handle this." About 20 minutes later, he called me back and said, "What I'd like to do is put all new tires on your vehicle." Now that's A1 customer service! So I'm taking it to them on Thursday next week, these tires are not regular tires they are run flat tires and most shops do not stock.. \”

“I just brought a 2026 a Jeep Wrangler from start to finish My salesman, Pancho(Julian Santiago) is the best. Treats everyone like their family. Also Paul the general manager assisted with the purchase of my new Jeep. Not but least my two guys ( Brandon & Dan) in services that are always there to assist in any thing I need for my vehicle. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go see Pancho at Saccone’s. He will take care of you.”
