“I recently purchased a 2026 Jeep Cherokee from McGovern Jeep Dodge Ram, and the entire experience—from my first visit through delivery—was outstanding. I started shopping back in February, before the Cherokee was even available on dealer lots. “Update: My husband decided to stop by the dealership and it was as we suspected: the folks there didn't drop the ball, it was dropped somewhere in corporate. They immediately took the steps to remedy the situation. I'm glad because the sales experience was great and I'd like to visit them for our next vehicle purchase. Edit: Have to edit my review because while the sales experience was in fact, really great, since then, we have been given the run-around regarding a check that was supposed to be mailed to us as part of our deal. It's been over a month, and our requests for an update have gone largely ignored. Keep hearing they'll get back to us, or that its on the way, and nothing at all happens.
