“The service department was unable to complete a state inspection despite my having an appointment. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes, they had not even started working on my vehicle. This level of service showed a lack of respect for customers' time. If you value your time, I would recommend looking elsewhere for service. Even though they said they would replace the inspection sticker on my brand-new vehicle, the excessive wait made the experience extremely frustrating. Additionally, if I am not mistaken, Jake's customer service and communication skills need significant improvement. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this service department based on my visit.”
