This has by far been the best experience I have had with getting a car! Lisa Trower and Shianne Cooksey made scheduling my appointment and coming in a smooth process as well as making me feel very welcomed. Rick Turner was literally the best salesman I have had the pleasure of doing business with. He was understanding, informative and patient during the entire process. He was also down to earth and an overall joy to work with. I really appreciate the team and everything they did to help me leave with the perfect vehicle for me. 10 out of 10 would recommend to everyone!

Bowditch Ford is incredible! Their customer service is through the roof! Each of their staff members are so kind and helpful, they are all equipped and ready to give you the best in your car buying process. Ashley Sullivan specifically helped both myself and my girlfriend with our search for a Bronco Big Bend and she secured the deal that day with the help of Shannon as well who is also incredible! 10/10 experience and I don’t see myself going anywhere else after this. (They may have convinced me to trade my jeep for a bronco ;))

Great service from making appointment through checkout. My service writer, Al, always tries to work his magic to get your vehicle done within a timeframe that works for you. This appointment was a bit hectic as I was getting my dad’s truck done and my own and they came through. The mechanic, Daniel, does a fantastic job & keeps the vehicle clean while doing whatever service is needed. Thanks to the whole team for always doing a great job!

Over the past week, I’ve had a really great experience working with this team, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. From the first conversation to picking up my new Ford Transit 150 yesterday, everything felt easy and straightforward. Lisa was a pleasure to work with—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. The sales manager was just as great. Together, they made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which is not something I usually associate with buying a vehicle. What really stood out was how consistent everything was. Calls were returned, questions were answered clearly, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. It felt like they actually cared about getting it right, not just making a sale. I’m very happy with the Transit, the 300 + mile trip from New Jersey was worth it, but more than that, I appreciated how I was treated throughout the week. It was a refreshing experience, and I’d gladly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest, easygoing place to buy a vehicle.

Went to get the works package, oil change, tire rotation, fluid checks, brake inspection, the whole thing. Got my car back, my tires were not rotated (which I paid for), and for some reason when i got my car back, the wheels on the left side of my car were over-inflated to almost 50 psi while the wheels on the right were under-inflated to 30psi, which per the specs for psi on my door says, neither are correct. Customer service had just closed when i got my car back so I had to drive my car which was now pulling/leaning worried my tires were going to blow so I could properly inflate my own tires after their service (which again, i paid for this???). They charged me $110 for the services they partially did not perform or did so carelessly. I left a note with the service manager, who has yet to reach out. I’d avoid this place. They also quoted me for nearly $2,000 for rotor replacement and brake line draining…..
