“I purchased a car from Price Toyota 5 months ago. It was a 2017 with 80k miles on it. They gave us a 90 day warranty. As fate would have it, in month 5 a transmission sensor came on and it was riding rough, so we had to have it repaired. It was fine for a day or 2 and another sensor came on. The bottom line was this car was becoming a nightmare(Carfax came back clean and all the maintenance was kept up, so it's not like the knew something was wrong). They told us to bring it in a they will let us trade it in for another car. Now let me say this, they were not obligated to do anything since the warranty expired. Had I bought this car from another dealership, they would have told me "oh well there's nothing they can do". Honestly, I was stunned... nobody does this. I just got home with a beautiful 2024 Elantra SE for my granddaughter and she is elated. I can't thank Brandon and Leo in sales and Mark in financing enough. They went above and beyond normal customer service. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. They have my highest recommendation. Thanks again guys!”
