“My Insurance company had decided to total loss my vehicle because of it’s age. I stopped here looking for a vehicle with specific options, I hade 4 requirements. The salesman said have the vehicle bed sprayed… for an extra fee. The sales manager said have the vehicle wrapped as they tried to sell me what I wasn’t looking for, my son and I left. We went to another dealer who was more than happy to get me what I wanted, No extra fees. The next morning the first salesman had the audacity to call me and inform me that he could have gotten me the vehicle I wanted. It was my conclusion that as a female he was willing to sell me a vehicle of his choice, not mine! Do not shop where the only concern is selling vehicles, not what the customer is looking for!”

“I had a great experience working with Sean Windstein. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire car-buying process. He answered all of my questions honestly and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. There was no pressure, just excellent customer service. I truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle!”

“I have been going to Hertrich Nissan for service since 2019 when I moved to Delaware and it was Porter Nissan. My 2015 Nissan Sentra is the first car I've ever bought new, and I wanted to maintain my vehicle at the dealership as I trusted they know the vehicle best. Unfortunately, I was wrong to take my car to Hertrich Nissan. My friends and family always questioned why I would take my car to be serviced at the dealership, and now I know why. The last service I took my car for a diagnostic as the car was pulling side to side when braking. The service center quoted me $5k in repairs, when the car is only worth $2.5k Kelley Blue Book. Additionally, one of the repairs, new rear shocks, had just been done a little over a year ago. The manager said they were "passed warranty" and needed to be replaced. I was incredibly displeased as I felt as though they were trying to sell me a service I clearly didn't need, trying to get me for thousands of dollars in service for something that didn't need to be done. I took my car to Mavis Tire and they didn't see anything wrong with the shocks but they did see that two jobs weren't done accurately or professionally by the Nissan dealership prior. When I brought the car back to Nissan for them to fix, there was "nothing wrong with the vehicle" and they "weren't sure what I was talking about." For being a loyal customer, I expected better customer service. I have reported this service department to Better Business Bureau as it's clear all they want to do is charge you for services you don't need. If I could write a 0 star review, I would. I'd recommend Mavis Tire in Newark, Delaware, for all your car services. I will be taking my vehicle there from here on out.”

“The experience purchasing/Leasing this Nissan Rogue Platinum was quite entertaining and actually fun. On the day of delivery, the dealerships internet went down at 11:00am. Sean strategically leveraged the time and gave my mother in law a complete rundown of the cars, including GPS setup and overview, phone pairing . Sean Winstein, myself and my mother in law spent some of the idle time waiting for the internet to be restored sharing family stories and the like. Not something you would expect at a dealership. The staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. George F. Smalls Jr”
