“My experience with the sales man could have been better,I was told how the phone app would work and it was free and not i come to find I have to pay for the app, I kinda of bummed about the whole situation! Just like a sales man after he sold me the car, now it's my problem....”

“I drove over an hour to look at a vehicle I had been communicating about for over a week. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The car was not cleaned (dirty interior with dog hair and debris), was not charged for a proper test drive, and only had one key with no charger included — none of which was clearly addressed beforehand. After already having significant dealer and doc fees added, they were only willing to reduce the price by $300 and would not include a second key or charger. When a customer makes a long drive and shows serious intent to buy, the vehicle should at least be properly prepared and ready to present. Basic professionalism and preparation go a long way. Because of the lack of preparation and flexibility, I chose to walk away from the deal. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and customer readiness in the future.”

“Do not take your car for service!!!! The mechanics are clueless! It took 3 weeks for them to figure out my car needed an alternator. Customer service is POOR! Had to leave work several times to check on my car due to the fact they weren’t calling me back for updates. They only received this 1 star because I had to! The up charge is RIDICULOUS! Save yourself the time, headache, & a couple dollars. Go somewhere else!”
