“Like to take a moment and share a great experience we had over this past weekend, New Carlisle Chrysler is a very outstanding group that makes car buying simple, Mitchell was our sales point of contact, very professional, polite and helpful, quite frankly he made us feel like family, speaks well and utilized all his resources to answer all our questions, no hidden agenda, very transparent communication and great follow up, after about a week we found the perfect vehicle for our family, so overall between Mitchell, CJ the General Manager and Matt the service manager, can’t beat that team, looking for a car/truck/suv go see this team first.”

“I had been as far as Kentucky, in and around the tristate needing a vehicle to give my van a rest. I went to one "Drive Time" store had a couple I drove, but wanted a second persons thoughts so the next day we traveled 45 min drive, and the man said "Mrs ... I let you drive 3 cars yesterday, and I don't think you need to drive anymore, I left? New Carlisle Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge has been a staple in our community for years, so I made the drive to their dealership in New Carlisle. I was fortunate enough to be approached by Mitchell Tobey 3rd generation salesman, and I couldn't have asked for a more kinder, respectful or professional person to look out for me. I don't believe he would've had any issues of me driving 5 automobiles to find the one I wanted. He told me from the beginning "Mrs. Sanning, I don't want to put you in the auto, I want to put you in the car you want to be in. If I had a question and he didn't know, he would find out. I drove a White Jeep and Lucy and I bonded. But I also had to be mindful of what I needed the car for, so I decided to go for a more price friendly auto, and they were working hard to get all the ** point inspections, wrighting up the contract etc... After a long prayer with God I had a change of heart, I wanted that Jeep and I know by faith I'll find a way. I message Mitchell, and he was so kind . I knew this meant a whole new look for a lender, all they had done on the other, but he didn't have one problem accommodating me. I know no other dealership could or would have put me in the automobile that makes me feel like a part of family. He had the Jeep cleaned and detailed with a full tank of gas for me to ride away. She big, strong and I have to get some rails to get in the cab lol. I know this is lengthy, but I feel and felt that it is important to give back to Mitchell and his team what they deserved, an honest review of decent honest people. Next time you go looking to buy a car, go check out what they have available, and I'm sure you'll feel that way too. Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen. “I will be taking my business elsewhere. I purchased my Jeep here back in 2020 during Covid. The purchasing process was great however, the service department has been the worst. Last time my car needed an oil change I called multiple times and unable to get anyone to answer and even after leaving a message, no one would call me back. I ended up having my husband change it for me. I called three times last week, leaving a message one of the times and no response. Finally I got an answer Thursday last week and explained I wanted an oil change, tire rotation and was wanting them to look at my back window as it leaks when I go through a car wash or it rains heavily. They told me they don’t do that and they use an outside company and that they would call me the next day to get everything scheduled at once and I agreed that was fine. No one called Friday so I waited thinking maybe they would call Monday. I still have not received a call so I tried calling this morning. No one answered once again and I didn’t bother to leave a message since they didn’t bother to call me after I left a message the last time. I live 40 minutes away from the dealership but was willing to make the drive to have my car serviced where I bought it and be a loyal customer, but if they’re not loyal to me why should I bother? Will be having my car serviced and purchasing my next car somewhere closer to me with better customer service.”
