“Terrible service department and they will try their best to take advantage of you. I had my new ram 1500 truck there in January 2024 for a brake sensor that they had to “replace” because my brake lights would stay on after I let go of the brake pedal. May of 2024 I was back in there because I was having the same issue and they “recalibrated it”. This was all under warranty. Shortly after may of 2024 the same issue continued to happen. At this point, I had a traveling job and did not drive my truck much because I had a company truck so I wasn’t worried about it. I switched jobs and recently took my personal truck in to get inspected. They would not pass it due to this brake sensor. I explained to them that I had it there before and that they failed to fix the issue. They said since my warranty was out, there was nothing they could do except charge me $700 to replace the sensor again. Whoever I was talking to said that I only had the truck in there one time and all they did was recalibrated because that’s Chrysler’s policy but since I waited so long and the warranty was gone they had to charge me. I have receipts that I had the brake sensor replaced in January 2024 and then I had it back there in May for them to fix the same issue, that they failed to fix. I don’t know if they were lying to me or they’re just stupid. And I don’t know if they ever replaced it or if they’ve ever recalibrated it because the same issue kept happening. I just looked up under my dash where the brake is and I bent the little metal bracket that holds the brake sensor down so the sensor can touch when I let go of the brake, and now my brakes worked perfectly fine. They wanted $700 to fix the issue.”

“Our jeep was supposedly fixed in March 2026 under warranty about 2 months later the same issue came up. I was told these parts were covered by their service as long as we went to a jeep dealership. That other dealership has stated the work was not done correctly the first time which caused the same issue but now more problems. #1cochran is saying it’s not their fault and causing issues. We now have to get a claim into jeep to get them to research. I would advise nobody to go to #1 Cochran in Natrona heights to get something fixed”

“Do not recommend taking your vehicles under warranty to this dealer! Bought my jeep here and was having a grinding noise on acceleration and idling. Which was new! And they had my vehicle for about 1 hour 30 mins and heard nothing. My personal mechanic heard the noise and so many other mechanically skilled people. Took it to another dealer had it for 5 hours and now my engine is getting ripped apart. Jeep was 2 years old 15 k miles. Fully customed jeep from Cochran bought off the show room floor. Wish more was done. Will not recommend or ever return for business.”

“These guys were amazing…. The tech that took care of my truck today went above and beyond what anyone else would’ve done. The dude literally got in the truck twice to go for a ride down the road because he wanted it to meet my satisfaction.. normally that but the guys at work inside at the front and everywhere else we’re all super accommodating. I don’t think I’ve ever been someplace that I had so many people ask me if I needed anything or if I was OK if I wanted something, just all willing to make my time there comfortable. GREAT SERVICE”

“Recently I switched to Cochran from the dealership i had used for years. It was a night and day transition. Kurt Meixner, Ken Green, and Taylor the finace guy were all extremely attentive and professional. This is by far the team of guys I will use for years to come. I highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase. Secondly the service department did a great job as well preping my vehicles, and doing what needed to be done for the initial sales. Thanks guys I appreciate you, Rob and Mike you guys have a good crew at this location, keep up the good work. Shout out to Nick too for being Ken's right hand, and keeping the wheels of industry moving.”
