After going to two other dealerships and feeling like I would not find a good vehicle, you were able to get us exactly what we needed in our price range. “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Micah Singley and Doug (I forgot his last name) at Wyatt Johnson Ford while purchasing my husband’s truck. They are an excellent team! From the very beginning, I was concerned because he looked so young. Don’t let that fool you, because his 10 yrs of experience shows. Micah truly listened to our concerns and understood our apprehension due to a previous car-buying experience at a different dealership. His approach was genuine, caring, and never pushy—we never once felt “sold.” I am in sales myself so my standards are pretty high when it comes to an incredible buying experience. Micah worked hard to earn our business and made the entire process as easy and stress-free as possible. What really set him apart was how he handled a situation with long term client while if his while he was assisting us. I was impressed by how attentive he was to all of us, including our 12-year-old son. “Went in for a cracked headlight assembly on my '24 Ford Maverick and they got it fixed in 24 hours. When I picked it up the new headlight was deeply scratched. Instead of giving me the run around, they provided me a rental Ford Escape for the afternoon and had a brand new headlight installed by 5p on a Friday. Took a unpleasant situation and went above and beyond to make it right. Jordan Williams made the process simple and took care of me when there was a problem. Yall made me a customer for life. Thank you!”

“I had been doing a Google search late at night to find a car with great “adaptive cruise,” and Ford’s Blue Cruise was at the top of the list…so I found the best Nashville area Ford dealer to see stock, and I left my name and number. I was very impressed when salesman Matt contacted me at 9:04 AM! We set up a time, and I loved the feel of the Ford Explorer that I had found the night before — Matt had it sitting out front waiting for me. We drove around for about 25 minutes, and then we sat down to talk about my trade-in and negotiate. The whole process went great, and I enjoyed the trust and respect that the team gave me. Talking with the Finance Manager went smooth and easy as I signed the dozen documents. Then I drove away in my new car! Highly recommend this dealership, and I think you should ask for Matt when you go in.”
