“My car buying process hit a snag when my car I was trading in had to go to the auto body shop. My sales person, Mike G. Was great! I kept him updated on the progress and the potential finish date of the vehicle being worked on. It took three weeks but in the meantime, Mike made sure that the vehicle and the color I picked was going to be available. Mike took the time to show me a lot of the features of the HRV Sport. Especially the safety features. I have bought my share of cars in my lifetime and I have never had a salesperson spend the time on making me feel comfortable with the vehicle I was purchasing. Kudos to Mike! Financing was also very helpful, it seems everyone wanted me to be comfortable with every aspect of the process.
