“Shout out to Best Ford in Nashua NH!! Extra shout out to Colin Platt- pleasure to speak with, honest and knowledgeable Sales professional. Patrick Sullivan- Sales Manager who worked his magic!! Sean Kirchner- Finance Manager- made sure I understood everything & found best warranty for my needs. It was a team effort for sure and If I could give 10 stars I would. My experience, last Friday, 02/20/26 with these guys was top notch!! I drove away in my used (but new to me:) fully loaded, AWD, GMC Terrain the happiest!! And it's a beast in the snow! Smooth and Sexy. Ayy! I left with peace of mind, and that's priceless. I highly recommend Best Ford in Nashua NH. Wide variety of new and used vehicles. Honest and knowledgeable team. “Had a great experience at Best Ford this past weekend. Went in to look at a used pickup and had no intention of buying. I had already done my research, so I knew the deal I wanted. Drove up to the front right after it opened and there were a bunch of sales people standing outside waiting to pounce and I thought, oh boy, here we go.
I was pleasantly surprised when Anthony Nazario stepped up to help me and we sat down to chat. We chatted about what I wanted and he went and grabbed the truck I was interested in. This truck had a great price and they gave me what I wanted for my trade and found me financing better than I found on my own. Tom Sullivan, the sales manager was a pleasure to work with, and Anthony Montilla, the finance guy was also really good to work with. Pressure was minimal, and I usually can't stand dealerships but this one seemed a bit different. One suggestion, it was President's day weekend and it was pretty busy and there was only one finance guy working. The wait wasn't too bad, but there was still a wait.
So plan ahead, do your research, and maybe you'll drive home with your perfect new to you car like I did.”

“Overall decent experience at best ford. I think their prices are good, but expect to get disrespectfully lowballed on your trade ins. Eventually got them where I wanted to be but it took 3 hours sitting in the office. I got an offer online and spoke to an employee over the phone that insisted I would get the trade in estimate that was given on their website, if not more. (I was offered 6k less). Also expect another hour with the finance manager who is trying to upsell every warranty (I get it, it’s his job I’m not mad). Anthony Pena was my salesman who was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the truck (5 stars to him). I’m not a fan of waiting to submit the credit app until you agree on a price. Every other dealership I’ve been to lets me know my interest rate/payment. I felt on edge and felt like I was getting a fast one pulled over on me. But hey that’s dealerships for you.
