Everyone treated me with respect, listened to what I wanted, answered all of my questions, and made me feel like my business genuinely mattered to them. There was never any unnecessary pressure, games, or feeling that I was being taken advantage of. Buying a vehicle is stressful, but these guys made the entire experience enjoyable and actually fun! Even though they weren’t expecting me, they got my car in right away, helped me order and program a new key, and even provided me with a loaner vehicle—which was a wonderful surprise, especially since I didn’t purchase my Acura there. I recently moved to Naples a little over a year ago, so I wasn’t an established customer. From start to finish, the level of professionalism, efficiency, and customer care was outstanding.
