“I’ll take my business elsewhere thank you very much. Came in and was greeted by a very nice gentleman, mentioned to him I was interested in getting an offer for my vehicle. Mentioned to me, if I had the key on hand and I mentioned to him I did not but I may remote start it. Said that should be fine. He then asked me to gab a seat and an appraiser would be with me shortly and take care of me. I stood around the corner and overhear the appraiser said he won’t not take care of me because I did not have the key with me. I mentioned to him he may take my phone if needed since the vehicle is paired to my phone or I may remote start it if needed to test drive it to test out the vehicle drives. Came off with a very nasty attitude and said no that the key needs to be present or he won’t bother doing any inspection on my car. I was caught off by surprise since I been to 3 different places and did not have a problem doing the remote start from my phone or even going with me to inspect the vehicle. I don’t see what the real issue is here. Has a bad day, I understand but keep that out of your work place. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I have been here before in the past with a different appraiser and was welcoming and outgoing to speak too but this individual, white tall skinny gentlemen with sunglasses has just an ugly attitude towards this.”
