“I rolled in with my 2018 Q50 Sport worried that my turbos were failing (not exactly a cheap fix). Jon and the entire service team at Infinity of Naperville treated me like family from the moment I pulled up. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, fought with Infiniti corporate to get both turbos 100% covered under warranty (even though the car is 7 years old), and had me back on the road with zero out-of-pocket cost. While the work was being done they handed me the keys to a brand-new 2026 QX60 as a loaner… and wow. That SUV is incredible. Smooth, quiet, packed with tech—I honestly didn’t even miss my car for the week they had it. Driving that QX60 actually made the whole experience feel like an upgrade instead of an inconvenience. Jon kept me updated often, and made sure everything was perfect before I picked it up. The car now runs stronger than the day I bought it—boost comes on like a rocket and zero hesitation. I’ve been to other dealers before and always left feeling nickel-and-dimed. Infinity of Naperville is the complete opposite. Honest, transparent, and they genuinely care about their customers.
