โHighly recommend this dealership for their vast inventory of quality cars and a smooth purchase experience. Every employee I interacted with was helpful and friendly, but Iโd like to especially call out Kenny and Nikki who made sure through their prompt communications and attention to detail that I had an easy transaction. The car I wanted to see was parked out front when I arrived and I was able to test drive it and reserve it in under an hour.
When I arrived the next day to pick it up, the car had been detailed to showroom conditon, and I spent about 30 minutes signing paperwork, and another 30 getting it registered and inspected (all done onsite so no trip to RMV!)
A two hour car purchase and I am thrilled with my Mazda3 Grand Touring. Advanced Auto has set a new standard.โ

โToday, I got my first car here with Kennyโs help. I cannot stress enough how much he rocks. There was no pressure to buy a car, and he was so patient throughout the entire process. Since it was my first time, I had a boatload of questions and he answered all of them, even the dumb ones, with grace. He was on top of everything and communicated thoroughly. He made an otherwise stressful and complicated thing easy and straightforward. Greg was super quick and helpful too! Just all around great experience and I got a beautiful car out of it! ๐โ

โI bought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Sep 4. Two days later, I reported multiple issues to the salesman, Mike, including a faulty blind-spot detection system, a noise when releasing the brake pedal, and an engine misfire. I was advised to coordinate with Rob in the service department.
When I brought the vehicle in for diagnosis, I was told it had been test-driven to duplicate the noise. However, upon reviewing the mileage before and after, I found that was not the case. Additionally, Rob claimed that a computer diagnostic found no fault codes and that the blind-spot system was fully functional. However, on September 8, I sent a picture to Mike clearly showing a fault message for the blind spot.
Upon retrieving the vehicle from their dealer (Rob dropped off there), I had it checked by another mechanic, who noticed that fluid had been added to the rear differential without any explanation. The misfire persisted, so I took it to another service department, where camshaft fault codes were discovered (see attached pictures). The technician also found that the engine oil filter had not been changed in a long time, which can cause severe engine damage.
Now, I discovered an internal coolant leak and a misfire in cylinder #5. When I brought these issues up with Steve at the dealership, he dismissed my concerns, stating that I had owned the vehicle for six months and that things naturally go bad over time. Meanwhile, I have already spent over $5,000 in repairs, not including the newly discovered damages.
This experience has been costly and frustrating, which is why I strongly advise anyone considering a used vehicle purchase to conduct a thorough inspection beforehand. Have an independent mechanic check the vehicle for potential hidden issues before finalizing the deal to avoid unexpected and expensive repairs.โ

โI recently purchased a car from Advanced auto sales, and while the experience had its highlights, there were significant concerns that I feel compelled to share.
On the positive side, the staff at the dealership were incredibly helpful and worked diligently to secure good financing rates for me. Their customer service was top-notch, and I truly appreciated their willingness to assist throughout the buying process.
However, I was disappointed to discover that the car came equipped with studded Snow Claw winter tires, which will be illegal under new Rhode Island regulations set to take effect on April 1st. Despite bringing this issue to their attention, the dealership has refused to provide new, compliant tires as a resolution, instead suggesting that the only solution is to remove the studs from the tires. This lack of a proper solution is concerning, especially for a business that should prioritize the safety and legality of the vehicles they sell.
Additionally, it seems that the dealership may not take the necessary time to properly assess the condition of the cars on their lot. It raises questions about their commitment to quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
Overall, while my interactions with the staff were positive, the unresolved issue with the tires and the apparent oversight in vehicle inspection make it hard for me to fully recommend this dealership to others.โ

โDave and George were great. I looked for a car for months and finally found the perfect car here. They made the process as easy as possible and even delivered my car to Vermont for me!! Thank you so much. If I could give you 10 stars I would.โ
