“I had the greatest experience here on Saturday. Walked in and got a used car sales man immediately. His name was Chad Addicott. I just wanna say im so glad he got to be our sales man on Saturday because he made my car buying experience the best I have ever had in buying a car! Even let me have a dealer plate for the weekend!!! Thank you Chad for everything you did for me!!! Your wonderful and I hope you took your wife out to dinner!!! And good luck on the rest of hockey season!!! I highly recommend that you call and ask for Chad addicott for your car buying experience!!!! 😉 😁”

“I had a great experience leasing a vehicle from this location! I purchased a 2025 Chevy Trax with the help of Brock Williams. He was very helpful, mindful, and generous. He answered any questions I had, and the whole process was just easy and prompt. I would highly recommend checking out this location if you are looking for great customer service (who isn’t) and to be treated with dignity and respect.âœŠđŸŒâ€

“I was told cannot accomodate (had appointmemt) but representative was helpful and was able to help get battery checked and replaced. $$$ but understandable due to it being a dealership. However, they washed car and scratched the vehicle badly with huge scratches on top. Avoid the place if possible.”

“I would love to say that my most recent experience was pleasant. I recently bought my 3rd vehicle from betten (in April). When purchasing the vehicle it wasn’t like I was making a deal-it was buy this car at this price, but there were minor things with the vehicle that needed to be fixed, and routine maintenance things that needed to be done as I didn’t want to have to replace things like breaks and tires within the next 3-6 months when I am purchasing a vehicle from a dealership that should’ve had routine maintenance done to the vehicle prior to placing it on the lot. When making the deal with the loan officer I made him aware of the many things on the vehicle that needed to be fixed or replaced. He said to let the guy I was working with aware of it-that was Robert Housley. They have a paper that they are suppose to put what they owe in the deal to you on it. I told him it needed breaks and tires, plus the back of my seat was broken and held on with a zip tie-they said they would fix and replace these things-however instead of putting it on the we owe sheet he put it on a sticky note ontop of the we owe sheet, making it seem like I didn’t ask for anything when I was purchasing the vehicle Needless to say they only did the front breaks and told me -your tires are fine yet they were less than 4/32nd. Within a few days of purchasing the vehicle the radio went on the fritz and kept scrolling, I’ve now brought my vehicle in for the third time to have this issue “fixed” and it has never resolved, yet betten doesn’t want to help resolve the issue, as they sold this vehicle to me with the issue-My breaks are now squealing as I knew they would, and tires are beyond bald leaving me to replace them. You would think selling/reselling vehicles from a dealership at top dollar they would replace any routine maintenance parts and make the vehicle good to go. I told the man that sold me the car in pretty sure it’s a trap to get you back in to spend more money. He tried to play it off as he couldn’t do anything. I tried to talk to a manager on several occasions-but have always been sidelined, and never recieved calls back. At this point I won’t return to betten as i was very disappointed in the engagements that I had on my most recent vehicle purchase-it had everything to do with the man making the deal, as the loan officer seemed like oh yeah we can do all those things and get it good to go, but the deal maker”
