“Our salesperson was polite and thorough, and we appreciated the time spent reviewing lease options on the Trailblazer. However, once numbers were presented by management, the experience became less transparent. We were not shown the money factor/APR, a clear breakdown of the selling price, or a detailed outline of how the payment was calculated. Incentives we expected to apply were not consistently reflected in the final numbers, and questions about structure were redirected toward higher monthly options rather than clarification. We value transparency in pricing and lease structure, and unfortunately did not feel that clarity during the final stage of the process.”

“I was told cannot accomodate (had appointmemt) but representative was helpful and was able to help get battery checked and replaced. $$$ but understandable due to it being a dealership. However, they washed car and scratched the vehicle badly with huge scratches on top. Avoid the place if possible.”
