“Had a terrible experience! It took all day to buy the car we're in at 10:30 and we're done at 3 and when we finally drove it off the lot warning lights came on car. They said it would take weeks to get fixed. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. They forgot to give me back my ID the Uber they called to drive me home didn't show up. They left a security device on the keys. Had to drive back multiple time and didn't even have a ready car by the end. A very frustrating experience that's not even over.”
