Roman was very informative, kind and honest. He thoroughly explained the vehicle and dealership to me so that I knew what my full experience would be as a customer and consumer. The conversations felt more like friend to friend rather than salesperson to customer & I really appreciated that. We negotiated what I could and could not work with & I ended the day with a wonderful new car. Had a great experience!

Brian is professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything is taken care of the right way. He keeps me informed throughout the process and always takes the time to explain what my car needs without any pressure. I got a coupon in the mail for an alignment. I assumed it would be 60 or 90 min at the most but it took over 2 hours. Though it's on me for not clarifying the that, it would have been nice to be informed, and I would have opted to leave and take care of other things instead of wait at the dealership. The waiting room is nice though with light refreshments! The mechanic sends a video of his inspection: Very nice! My only complaint tho is I asked to have the parking brake looked at. Well they diagnosed AND serviced it prior to my consent. However the service tech made it right! Thank you! Overall nice, just have to give a 4/5 for the long wait and the uncomfortable conversation that was forced by performing service prior to consent.

I had an excellent car buying experience! Laila, our Sales Representative, was extremely helpful and took the time to ensure we fully understood all the features of our new car. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about making sure we were happy with our vehicle selection. On the paperwork side, Scott was just as impressive. He walked us through the extended warranty options with great expertise and made the process smooth and stress-free. He was very personable and easy to talk to, which made the final steps of the purchase a pleasure. Overall, both Laila and Scott made our experience outstanding — highly recommend!

Amazing car-buying experience! I had an excellent experience buying my new car here. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. I came in knowing exactly what car I wanted, and there was no haggling, they were flexible and willing to work with me, and they answered every question I had with patience and professionalism. A big shout-out to Melvin, my sales guy, he was awesome! He made me feel comfortable, kept things straightforward, and got me into my new car quickly without spending all day at the dealership.
