“We needed a new car but did not go in thinking we would find one and leave with it that day! Kade helped us, and although he is newer to the game, he was patient, answered our many questions (or found out the answers he didn't have), was accommodating, honest, and stayed a real human instead of becoming a sales robot! That was a big deal for us, and made us feel like we could actually figure out a decision without a sales rep manhandling us. (5⭐️ to Kade!)
My 3 stars is due to later in the contract process- we were given false information by a different sales rep. who came in to help "close the deal" (that probably wasn't a purposeful deception, but was more likely him throwing out guess-timates to help get the sale locked in) regarding the dealership insurance policies and features offered that come with the vehicle. We asked lots of specific questions, and took our time looking over all the things, and were told 1 thing only to have it be corrected by the financial representative later. And the "correction" was a difference of a few thousand dollars, so we felt very mistreated for a bit.
The financial supervisor went to speak with a lead who was still there, who compromised on something enough that it made it worth it for us to continue with buying the suv in the end, though it still was not as good a situation as we were promised when signing.
She even tried to gaslight us and say it was our fault for not knowing/not taking more time to read the many pages of documents better to catch the misinformation... while also making comments about how late it was and how we should hurry and get this process done so we can all go home!.... She basically said this is a good life lesson for us, and even compared us to her kids- implying we were young and naive. I'm 32. The verbiage and response to the information discrepancy was not appreciated. Those insensitive comments aside, she did take a lot of time with us and even gave us some snacks from her cupboard since it was very late and we were all hungry.
I didn't love the discrepancy between the stages of purchase, and them not being more on top of what their coworkers are saying or promising or informing.
Overall, I can only give 3 stars. Some parts of our time with the dealership were 5 stars, some were 1 star, so they're getting 3 from me.
Again, Kade was great!”
