“A very outstanding experience with Honda of Murfreesboro. Very State of the Art as described. Superb and very personal customer service. Lots of amenities available while you wait. Food and drink available for weary customers. Lots of seating and quiet options for families with kids. TVs in quiet mode in the waiting areas. The bathrooms are well-lit, aesthetically pleasing, and spacious with ample privacy. A little more frequent upkeep is desired, cause kids do what kids do. lol The other suggestion I have is, please include some fresh fruit and a plant-based creamer option for the coffee bar. I was starving by the time we left while my partner was well-fed and hydrated. 😜 Overall, a strong recommendation if you're looking for reliable and local auto repair or service.”

“We went in to Honda today looking for our daughter a new car. We are excited to say she is now the new owner of a 2022 Toyota Camery. Rami was absolutely great to work with. Never pushy, always concerned with our happiness and needs. Rami has a great attitude as well as personality. I honestly believe through all experiences I have been a part of in buying a car this was the best experience I have ever had and to be my daughters first experience ot can't be beat. “We bought two vehicles from Austin, a 2026 C-RV and a used 2015 Chevy Silverado. We both love our new vehicles. Everyone at Honda (service, sales, managers, finance, and reception) all were very personable, kind, and helpful. Austin was not pushy at all, and helped me find the right vehicle after a couple of looks. The only reason why we held a star was because of the communication regarding the vehicles. As someone who has worked in a dealership for multiple years, I understand that work has to be done on the vehicles, things take time, and things pop up. We are more than understanding about recalls, holidays, and people getting sick. However, it felt like we were leading the conversations and annoying them with our questions. We had to ask multiple times over nearly two weeks for updates on the vehicles. Multiple times we were told the vehicles would be ready on a certain day, and they were not. We live an hour away, so driving up there and finding out the truck wasn’t ready was kind of frustrating. However, we got all our paperwork done, and they delivered the vehicle at no expense. Other than some improvements on some communication, we had a great experience and would definitely buy from them again.”
