“Went in with my girlfriend to help her find a new car. We were immediately greeted by Rami. He was super friendly and all around a wonderful salesman. We had already knew which car we wanted from online. But he got us in for a test drive. Was very informative about the vehicle. And even gave phenomenal service when it came to some concerns with a tire pressure light and a small chip on the windshield. They got it fixed up right away and even sent it into the service shop to make sure it was in sound mechanical condition before we took ownership of the vehicle. Definitely will consider coming back in the future.”

“Recently, I was involved in an accident and brought my vehicle to Honda of Murfreesboro for the repairs. This was the best experience that I have EVER had with a body shop. Archie Becquet, Service Manager, and Chris Calhoun, Service Advisor, gave me frequent updates regarding the completion of the repairs. The work was completed in a timely manner, the craftmanship superb, and my car was detailed prior to being released to me.
Honda of Murfreesboro has an agreement with Enterprise on Franklin Road, Murfreesboro, which made the process to rent a vehicle and return the rental hassle free.”

“Worst car buying experience ever but I needed a truck…
Sales manager Refused to let my mechanic look at it prior to purchase so I did my best…
Sure enough has a massive coolant leak right after purchase!!! (Noticed leak the next day!!!) no warranty not even 1 day!! Pay $10k for a vehicle at a big name Honda dealership and they couldn’t care less!!!!!!!!!! Obviously they don’t inspect they just sell crap….. not allowed to have it inspected but was Guaranteed! they are a big Honda dealer and not gonna have any problems because they inspected everything thoroughly… BS! High pressure sales tactics, even took the keys from me while I was applying for the loan already! saying someone else was interested… completely fake!
Avoid this place at all cost!!!!!!!
Update: Truck had 165k day of purchase 4 months ago on a Toyota! Noticed leak 1 day after purchase on my driveway! Lesson learned. Going to upgrade to a new Toyota soon anyway.

“A very outstanding experience with Honda of Murfreesboro. Very State of the Art as described. Superb and very personal customer service. Lots of amenities available while you wait. Food and drink available for weary customers. Lots of seating and quiet options for families with kids. TVs in quiet mode in the waiting areas. The bathrooms are well-lit, aesthetically pleasing, and spacious with ample privacy. A little more frequent upkeep is desired, cause kids do what kids do. lol The other suggestion I have is, please include some fresh fruit and a plant-based creamer option for the coffee bar. I was starving by the time we left while my partner was well-fed and hydrated. 😜 Overall, a strong recommendation if you're looking for reliable and local auto repair or service.”
