“The dealership went above and beyond when my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sahara needed repair and service. Dan in Service Is awesome and kept me in the loop everyday regarding my repairs. My vehicle was with them for a week, and they worked overtime to make sure that I got it back the day before the ice storm hit. Abby is awesome, as well and I’m thankful they made sure I had a rental to use while my jeep was at the dealership. Thanks again!”

“I had a wonderful experience buying a car here with sales person Rachel! I was looking at a few dealerships in my area as I knew exactly what used model I wanted and my budget, but was looking for the best deal/low mileage. I had a few horrible experiences at other dealerships (very aggressive sales people, unclear added fees, pushing to buy new/outside my budget, higher price points than Kelley Blue Book without explanation, ect.). This dealership was further away, but I found the model I was looking for with low mileage on their website while I was out of town. I was about to close a sale with another dealership, but reached out to this one on whim to see if they could beat the price. Rachel was so communicative, and even though we were not in-person she sent me multiple videos of the car, spoke with me over the phone, matched the price I was hoping for immediately, and even held the car for a couple days until I could get back and see it in person. Once there, she gave me great advice about refinancing my loan which saved me even more money. We completed the sale, and she even made sure I was able to come back to get the car detailed properly. When I called with a payment question a few weeks later, she was still so helpful even though the sale was completed. Rachel made this whole process so painless, clarified all my financing questions, and made me feel completely comfortable with my purchase. I'm SO glad we went with this dealership and Rachel, and I couldn't recommend them enough!”

“We’ve been happy with getting our maintenance here. Ofc it’s expensive but worth it to have the truck looked over by a reputable mechanic. They’ve never pushed or upsold on us and done honest work. We especially love their courtesy Lyft service since this is our only vehicle and we have small children. Allows for one of us to drop off and come back without both of us being away from the babies for long periods. Honestly, we haven’t had to wait too long either. Overall, very happy with them.”

“0/5 stars, would not recommend, very ghetto. This dealership is so unethical. I got approved through capital one at 5.6 interest rate. They are an approved capital one dealer and they refuse to use my approved loan from capital one as a lender and want to give me 7.2% rate. Highly unethical. Beware of the bait and switch from these people. The finance manager Matt Abraham is a complete jerk when asked why they won’t use capital one, he responds we can pick whoever we want as a lender. They’re more concerned about lining their pockets rather than serving the community, in an economy like this, it’s despicable. I would stay away from this dealer at all costs. I booked a flight and paid 900 dollars to come get this vehicle only for them to hit me with this unethical situation of not taking my qualified/partner lender.”
