“Big shout out to AutoWorld Mt Juliet from my local mechanic shop! I’ve had my Jeep Wrangler since Monday (check engine light came home before I got home with it), and it’s spent every day this week in the shop. Had the privilege today to learn that the codes were recently reset and mechanic says more codes may show as I drive it. I’ve spoken with Dean 3 times and assured Id hear from a manager who no shock never called. My hope is anyone shopping for a vehicle will move on past these guys as unfortunately I now read other reviews with skeptical outcomes as well. At this rate I’ll have the Wrangler double paid for by spring! Wish google had option of below 1 star. Update after an oil pump assembly due to timing chan tensioners breaking and falling into oil pan and subsequent timing chain kit replacement as well I can now drive my new purchase 2 weeks later! Fingers crossed and once again thanks Auto World for a MISERABLE deceptive and non responsive experience from you all!! Unreal you are still in business.”

“Bought a 2018 Grand Caravan with 73k on it in January 2024. Salesman showed me a 'clean' carfax. Purchased extended warranty. Realized on the way home that one of the seat heaters didn't work. Salesman said they would fix it or replace the seat. Got one phone call 6 weeks later saying they hadn't found a seat yet. Still don't have a seat. Found that the car had been wrecked and poorly repaired. Door and hood didn't fit right, plastic trim piece at bottom of front fender keeps falling off. One of the power doors has a short where the harness was patched badly, The 12v plugs in the console/dash didn't work. While trying to fix them, I found that the entire center console had been removed, and reinstalled without reconnecting the wiring harness. As if to add Insult to injury, now the transmission is shot at less that 100k miles and the warranty company only bases claims on used parts. The amount they approved won't even cover a used transmission. If I could rate it less than one star I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is borderline fraudulent business practice.”
