“My wife and I just bought a new Cadillac XT5. I couldn’t be happier with the customer attention and the experience we received. I dealt directly with with Joey Pugliese and he organized everything flawlessly!! When it came to signing, the have a screen built onto the desk that makes everything as clear as you could ever ask for. They went over every detail and you actually sign on the full desk screen. I don’t know what it’s called but it was absolutely world class. I literally had to be at the dealership for less than 30 minutes to make it all happen. There was no back and forth with pricing, didn’t push unnecessary upselling and didnt have to walk out with a file full of paperwork. All important documents were emailed to me before I even left the building. I highly recommend this dealer and would absolutely buy another vehicle when the time comes. I thank every one that assisted and look forward to future business.”

“DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM ANDREWS CADILLAC MT. JULIET.
I purchased a used 2023 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury from this dealership on December 12th with 75,743 miles on the odometer.
Today — more than a month later — the vehicle has only 76,657 miles.
That means I have been able to drive this Escalade just 914 miles total — and that number includes the long drive home from the dealership in Mt. Juliet, TN to my home in Mobile, AL.
Since purchase, the vehicle has spent 14 out of 34 days in the repair shop.
Within 24 hours of purchase, the vehicle experienced major transmission and drivability failures, including:
• Check-engine lights
• No-crank conditions
• Harsh downshifting
• Reduced-acceleration warnings
• Repeated drivability defects
Repairs and replacements already required:
• Transmission valve body spacer plate
• Multiple transmission solenoids
• Internal transmission wiring harness
• Transmission speed sensors
• Rear strut replacement (both sides)
• All four brakes and brake sensors replaced
• Brake system resets
• Multiple drivability diagnostic visits
This used vehicle was not fit for sale in the condition it was delivered.
It clearly had pre-existing mechanical defects that were not disclosed prior to purchase.
I have lost:
• Transportation
• Work time
• Fuel
• Personal time
• Peace of mind
Despite paying a premium price for a luxury SUV, I received what amounts to a mechanically defective vehicle that immediately entered a repair cycle.
This is not normal used-car wear.
This is not acceptable.
This is a failure to provide a merchantable vehicle.
If you value your money and your time — take your business elsewhere.”

“Run don’t walk right now to Andrew’s Cadillac of Mt. Juliet. Just had the best experience I’ve ever had with any dealership or purchasing a car ever for that matter. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with warm smiles from everyone. The customer service was nothing short of exceptional. Had the opportunity to meet the sales manager Shane, he was very personable and has set top notch standards for all my future purchases with Andrew’s Cadillac of Mt.Juliet. “Mt Juliet Tennessee - Andrews Cadillac Sets the standard for car dealerships, not just Cadillac... So much so, that I drive from 75 miles away, one way, to do business with them.. Shane and his sales team are top notch in all areas. From first introduction at the door, through the sale with Josh, quick finance review with Benton, into service support from Giorgio, they handle things with the care and attention just like it is their own vehicle. Look no further for your next location when buying a vehicle. I have bought multiple vehicles from them and will continue to as long as Shane is in charge.
