“I purchased a 2022 Range Rover Sport SVR Carbon Edition from Zeigler Honda of Racine at the end of May 2026. The car itself is exactly what I wanted — Estoril Blue with the full Carbon package, supercharged V8, and the striking look I was after. I did a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) which revealed several issues. The dealer eventually addressed them (including axle boots, brakes, alignment, and the clear coat repair on the hood and fenders), but the process felt very drawn out. Communication was inconsistent, especially from my sales rep. There were multiple delays, periods of silence, and I wasn’t always sure they were going to follow through. The hood repair in particular took much longer than promised, requiring several follow-ups and waiting on parts. In the end, they did complete the repairs and I drove home in the car I wanted. However, the entire buying experience was more stressful and time-consuming than it needed to be for a vehicle in this price range. If you’re considering a higher-end used car here, be prepared to stay on top of every detail and advocate for yourself. paint job 6/10”

“Been looking for an Integra Type S that ticked the right boxes and had given up looking for one locally. I'd reached out to one dealer previously and didn't have any luck getting them to go anywhere with helping me since I wasn't local. Zeigler had quite literally the perfect Integra I was looking for pop up, and I reached out and ended up getting in contact with Karson. Immediately sends me all the info I could ask for any is very prompt and knowledgeable with everything else I could ask. Long story short, he ended up being very easy and pleasant to work with and got everything sorted out for me to be able to fly into the local airport and get picked up, had the car and paperwork ready and made it as simple as could be. Had to spend a few minutes with Nick the finance manager while he finalized a couple things and he was great and we got to talking baseball for a good while. Hopefully the Brewers and Mariners meet in the world series this year Nick! Everyone else I got to interact with in my short visit there was incredibly nice and seemed like they enjoyed being there.
