“I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Connie and Morgan for making my car financing experience smooth and stress‑free. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and understanding throughout the entire process. The family‑oriented atmosphere at Holman Toyota truly stood out, and I felt supported every step of the way.
Morgan went above and beyond to ensure I drove away in the exact car I wanted, which meant so much to me. This team deserves a 10/10 across the board. If you’re in need of a car, do not hesitate to visit Holman Toyota — you will be in great hands.”

“I’ve been a loyal Toyota customer for over 20 years, and I’ve always trusted Holman Toyota—especially their service department, which has consistently been excellent. Before visiting Holman, I stopped at several other Toyota and Honda dealerships, and every single one provided outstanding customer service. Because of that, I walked into Holman expecting the same or better from my home dealership.
Unfortunately, my experience with their sales department—specifically with a salesperson named John Guarente—was the complete opposite.
John told me that Holman Toyota “does not negotiate price,” which immediately raised a red flag because every other dealership I visited was transparent, respectful, and willing to have a real conversation. What made it worse was that the moment I prepared to walk away, he suddenly tried to negotiate. That shift felt dishonest and manipulative, and I don’t do business with people who play games.
When I expressed that I felt uncomfortable, his demeanor became aggressive. At that point, I told him I no longer wanted the car. I then spoke with his manager, hoping for professionalism, but instead I received excuses for John’s behavior. It was clear they were more focused on making a sale than treating a long-term customer with respect.
After experiencing such excellent service at other dealerships, I was shocked that Holman—my home Toyota dealer—was the one place where I felt disrespected and pressured.
I will continue using Holman’s service department because they have always been great, but I will not be purchasing a vehicle from them. This experience completely changed my trust in their sales team.”

“I recently financed my very first car, and I’m so grateful I had Deep as my salesman. As someone who has always leased and never gone through the financing process before, I was a little nervous but Deep made the entire experience incredibly comfortable and stress-free.
He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and was patient and supportive every step of the way. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and I truly felt like he had my best interest in mind.
I’m so happy with my new car, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cares about his customers, I highly recommend Deep!”

“This review is more of Toyota (manufacturing and customer service) as a whole than for this specific location. I drove away with a brand new 2025 Tacoma right off the lot on October 13. On the way to work the morning of October 24, my rear window on the driver's side exploded behind me as I was doing about 65 on I-95.
After speaking to Joseph Falotico, I was able to drop it off that morning. After having it looked at, they told me Toyota would fix it. As they should. I was able to pick it up the next week. They replaced the back window and detailed the back. Before driving it away from the dealership, I did a walkaround and full inspection of my own. The door interior was scuffed in places, which I took as it is what it is with that. But from the door that the glass exploded on, all the way down to the end of the truck bed on that side, the paint was chipped. Not one spot. All down the side. Something I hadn't noticed the morning of, as I was worried about rushing to work. I reached back out to Joseph, who informed me that I had to bring it back to get inspected again. I brought it back the next day and later received a text that Toyota would not be covering the chips.
I reached out to multiple people up the chain, even outside of this dealership, all of which were completely useless and unhelpful. At one point, I got a response saying that "I couldn't prove that nobody threw anything at my window."
I am beyond disappointed and irritated with Toyota in every way, and I can guarantee I won't be purchasing another vehicle from them again in the future. If I could return the damn thing like a pair of shoes, I would. This was a mishap on a BRAND NEW vehicle on Toyota's part and it says a lot that they won't make it right.
*Unfortunately, it won’t let me add the video I have of the damage close up.”

“I came to see a 2016 BMW i8 with only 24,000 miles that Holman Toyota advertised as “perfect,” “no paintwork,” and “flawless condition.” carfax states the same + 5 prior owners. The truth couldn’t be further from that. The car has clearly been repainted, with a front bumper that’s a noticeably different color and gloss level than the rest of the body likely a sign of prior front-end repair. The rear hatch and hood lines are misaligned, another telltale sign of bodywork.
In addition, several underbody and lower side panels are missing entirely, which not only affects aerodynamics but also suggests poor reassembly or prior damage. The car also wears aftermarket multi-spoke wheels, not the original BMW i8 turbine wheels — a red flag for possible curb or suspension damage. Even the blue accent trims appear to have been repainted, rather than the factory molded inserts BMW uses.
To make matters worse, the car is being sold at a premium price, while the listing falsely states it’s “all original” and “perfect.” It’s disappointing and misleading — and a waste of time for any serious buyer who expects honesty and accuracy when shopping for a six figure used vehicle.
If you’re considering this i8, get a BMW-certified pre-purchase inspection first. This dealership should know better than to list a car in this condition as pristine. Misrepresentation like this doesn’t just waste customers’ time — it damages trust in the Holman brand. A Total waste of my time! My Sales person, did the bare minimal!”
